All our turbans are neither exchangeable nor refundable, for hygiene reasons and personalized production.

By confirming your order, you confirm that the delivery address provided is accurate, complete, and final.

The delivery time depends on the destination address indicated by the customer at the time of order. (this information is provided to the customer)

In case of an error in the address, incomplete address, or return of the package to the sender, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.

No refund will be made, even in case of order error, incorrect address, or non-delivery related to these elements.
